Minuette The Azorius Justiciar (MTG)

Minuette: "Well, everypony who hear his name will go into the detention sphere for not following the rules of the Azorius."

Here a vector of Minuette as a justiciar of the Azorius, a guild from the Plane Ravnica (Magic the Gathering). I will try to give every Guild an own Pony. I choose Ponies which Color fits to a guild color (blue-white for Azorius in this case ... and yes, this is not white on her mane and tail, more gray, but in my opinion, she fits mostly). I also only choose Backgroundponies and no mane 6. I gave here the same outfit which I gave my OC Dark Rose.

The Azorius are the judiciary and the legislative of Ravnica. They are de jure the ruler of ravnica, but in reallity, non of the other guilds follow their rules. They are known for their lot of rules. And who not followering their rules will pay with arrest.
